Oatmeal Cookies

| 1 1/4 cup | flour |
| 1 teas baking soda | |
| 1 cup | softened butter |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 3/4 cup | light brown sugar |
| 1 pkg | instant vanilla pudding mix |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 1/2 cups | quick cooking oats |
| 1 cup | raisins |
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large mixer bowl, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. yields about 5 dozen
