Pumpkin Soup

1 | Onion, (chopped) |
2 Tbsp | Butter |
2 Cops Vegetable Broth | |
1 (16oz) Can | Pumpkin |
1/2 Tsp | Sugar |
1/4 Tsp | Nutmeg |
1/4 Tsp | Cinnamon |
1/2 Tsp | Salt |
1/4 Tsp | White Pepper |
1 Cup | Half & Half |
1: Sauté onion in butter,, stir in vegetable broth and pumpkin. Heat thru.
2: Puree in blender until smooth. Add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
3: Transfer mixture into saucepan and stir in half & half.
