Ripe Mango Salad - Yields 3-4 servings Preparation: 5 min Chilling time: 20 min Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups  ripe mango cubes
    1 tbsp  olive oil
    1 small  onion, chopped
    1 tsp  lemon juice
red chilli flakes or pepper
    pinch  salt
    1 tbsp  finely chopped fresh cilantro

Combine all the above ingredients and serve chilled.
