Refrigerator rolls

4 1/2 tsp. | yeast, (or 2 pkgs) |
1/4 C | warm water |
3 | eggs |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1/2 cup | margarine |
1 cup | hot water |
2 tsp | salt |
4 to 4 1/2 cup | flour |
Dissolve yeast in warm water--set aside. Mix together sugar, margarine, hot water and salt. Stir in eggs and yeast. Add flour and beat well. Dough will be sticky. Rise 1 hour. Beat down, Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Divide dough in 1/2. Roll out on floured surface--spread with butter and roll up like a jelly roll. Slice 3/4" thick. Place in greased muffin tins. Raise 2 hour or until double. Bake 15 minutes.
