Breakfast Brunch Casserole

4 slices | bread, cubed |
1 lb | mild sausage, browned |
8 oz | shredded cheddar cheese |
6 | eggs |
1 cup | milk |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
1 tsp | salt |
1 - 12oz pkg | hash brown potatoes, thawed (simply potatoes) |
Line greased 13 x 9 glass baking dish with bread cubes
Layer sausage and cheese over bread
(can also add bacon bits)
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings
Pour over mixture
Sprinkle potatoes on top
Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Bake uncovered 10 minutes
(for crispy top, broil last few minutes)
