Hungarian Paprikas

Hungarian beef paprikas | |
1 medium | onion diced |
1 oz | olive oil in cattle |
2 garlic clove diced | |
2 LBS | beef stew meat |
1 large | green pepper sliced |
2 tomatoes quartered 4-5 table spoon of Hungarian paprika Salt as to taste 1/8 tea spoon garlic salt 1/8 tea spoon of blk pepper cube Knorr beef bullion | |
1/2-3/4 lbs | pasta your choice |
Medium size cattle
Pour in the olive oil
Add the diced onion and garlic
Simmer on med heat until the onion is caramelized.
Remove from heat and add the ground Hungarian paprika stir continuously
Return cattle to the burner, add diced beef
Keep stirring under medium heat until the the ingredients are covered with juice of the beef
Add 3-31/2 cup of warm water add salt,blk pepper, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and green pepper
Cook on medium heat until beef is tender
Cook pasta
pour the paprika's over the pasta
