Sauce crémeuse au prostitution

| 1 échalote française hachée | |
| 1/4 tasse | prosciutto hachée |
| 1/2 tasse | tomates séchées hachées |
| 1 tasse | crème 35% |
| 1 tasse | fromage cheddar vieillie |
| Sel | |
| poivre | |
| 2 c. à soupe | sauge fraîche hachée |
Dans un grand poêlon faire fondre le beurre.
Y faire dorer l'échalote et le prosciutto .
Ajouter les tomates, la crème et le fromage.
Poursuivre la cuisson quelques minutes et ajouter la sauge et rectifier l'assaisonnement.
