Cranberry nut stuffing. BARB'S RECIPE

| Cranberry Nut Stuffing cooking time 55 min Ingredients | |
| 1/2 cup (1stick Butter) | I used 1, 2 butter and some olive oil) |
| 1 cup | chopped onion |
| 1 cup | chopped celery |
| 1 cup | dried cranberries |
| 1/2 cup | chopped pecans |
| 2 1/2 cups | chicken broth, ( used 3 cups) |
| 14 ounce | bag of herb seasoned stuffing |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, spray a 3qt casseroled with cooking spray
in large saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and celery and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Add cranberries, pecans, broth and stuffing, gently stir until well combined.
spoon into prepared casserole and bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until heated through.
