Baked Fried Chicken

    1/2 stick  butter
Pam no stick spray
      Milk
    1/2 teaspoon  salt
    1 tablespoon  morton season all
    3/4 tsp  pepper
    1 cup  flour
    2 tsp  paprika

Chicken tenderloin strips

1. Let the thawed chicken soak in a bowl of milk for 20-30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 400. Cut butter into pieces and melt in 9x13 pan in preheated oven.
3. Spread melted butter around and lightly spray the pan to ensure no dry spots.
4. Shake excess milk off chicken and completely coat each piece with seasoning mix (salt, season all, pepper, flour, paprika)
5. Place chicken in Pan and cook 15 mins, turn and cook another 15 mins.
