Potatoes Gourmet Potatoes (serves8) possibly with hash browns

| 6 medium | potatoes, cooked and peeled 2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup | butter 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/3 cup minced onion 1 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper 2 T butter. Paprika |
Grate potatoes coarsely. Melt cheese with butter in top of double boiler. Remove from heat, blend in sour cream, onion and seasonings. Fold into potatoes. Turn into buttered, 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish, dot with butter.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 350 30 minutes
