Pumpkin Pecan Pie

1 deep dish unbanked pie shell | |
4 | eggs |
1 Cup | sugar |
1 tsp | pure vanilla extract |
2 Cups | Pumpkin |
1/2 Cup | dark corn syrup |
1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
1Cup | pecans |
Preheat oven to 350 degree, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the sugar, vanilla, pumpkin, corn syrup & Cinnamon & mix well. Fold in the pecans. Poor into the pie shell & bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes, until set in the middle.
