| 1.5 Qt | vanilla ice cream |
| 1/4 lb. | butter |
| 1 C. | Brown sugar |
| 2 C. | Rice Krispies |
| 1 C. | Toasted coconut |
Cream butter & brown sugar till creamy. Mix in Rice Krispies and coconut. Spread half of mixture in bottom of Pyrex dish. Cut & spread ice cream on top of mixture, top with remaining mixture. Freeze for one hour.
