1.00 gallon | Milk |
2.00 cups | Sugar |
5.00 pcs | egg |
3.00 tbsp | vanilla |
16.00 tbsp | rice, ( Long Grain ) |
2.00 tbsp | Sugar |
2.00 tbsp | Cinnamon |
Procedure:
1. Separate egg whites and place in a bowl and refridgeate.
2. place the 2 tbs of sugar and cinnamon asside for later use.
3. In a large pot combine Milk, Sugar, egg yokes and Vanilla.
4. Stir in the rice. Bring to a boil , reduce heat allowing to simmer.
5. Simmer about 90 min stir frequently until reice is cooked and their is
6. a custered film on top.
7. Place in bowl and cool ovenight.
8. whip eggwhites and sugar until foam pecks on the mixer blades
9. cover top of pudding with foam and sprinkel cinnamon on top.
