| 1.00 cups | Milk |
| 0.75 cups | cold strong coffee |
| 1.00 vanilla instant pudding | |
| 2.00 tbsp | Sugar |
| 2.00 cups | whipping cream |
| 0.25 cups | Sugar |
Procedure:
1. In large bowl, beat milk, coffee, pudding mix(dry) and 2 tablespoons sugar with wire whisk
2. about 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
3. In chilled large bowl, beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar with electric mixer
4. on high speed until stiff.
5. Gently stir whipped cream into coffee mixture.
6. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
7. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until set.
