Mom's Turkey Stuffing

2lbs | chop meat |
2lbs | spin age |
3 large | carrots |
3 | celery stalks |
1 large | onion |
2 tbsp | salt |
pepper | |
garlic | |
parsley | |
basil | |
1 stick | butter |
1/2 cup | Virgil olive oil |
1 cup | grated cheese |
Cooking procedure
Cook spin age according to package directions drain all water and allow to cool
Brown chop meat drain oil and allow to cool
Shred carrots,celery,onions,and bell pepper
In a large skillet add butter, and oil allow butter to melt
Add the vegetables and sauté add all seasonings until cooked
Grind chop eat and spin age into a large bowl add sautéed vegetables
Grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste if needed.
