3/4 pan of Cornbread (home recipe) Put both breads in pan &sit out to dry overnight (break up int pieces) Simmer for 2 hours with lid on (can do the day before) neck & giblets of turkey | |

water ti cover well Let cool - tear meat off neck and cut up giblets into broth mix Brown ~ 2 lbs of bacon until crisp & Crumble (ends up being about 2- 2 1/2 cups of bacon bits) Mix Bread with broth mixture and stir in bacon Add: Sage (~ 1 tsp) | |

Should taste slightly salty and have gooey texture
Add turkey broth or water if need more liquid
Bake 350 degrees for 45min - 1 hr
(cook covered if thin layer, uncovered if deep dish)
