Crock-Pot Lamb Shoulder

    5lbs  Lamb Shoulder
    1 Bulb  Garlic
    1 tbsp.  Honey
    1/3 Cup  Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Cup  Chicken Broth
    1 Cup  Red Wine
    1/4 Cup  Dijon Mustard
    1 tbsp  Soya Sauce
    2 tbsp  Rosemary
      Tarragon
      Thyme
      Basil
      Salt
      Pepper

Instructions;

1. Make slits in lamb and stuff with garlic and herbs. Place in crock pot

2. Combine liquid ingredients and pour over shoulder.

3. Put Crock-Pot on Low for 7-8 hours. ( If Desired ) Add potatos and Veggies in the last Two hours and turn the C.P onto High.
