INGREDIENTS
    5 1/2 oz  rotini uncooked, (2 c)
    1 (10oz) pkg  frozen mixed veg
    1 (9oz) pkg  frozen cooked diced chicken breast
    1 (10 3/4 oz) can  reduced fat cream of chicken
    1/4 c  grated parm chz
    1/4 tsp  fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS
cook pasta, veg, and chicken of ether in boiling water in a Dutch oven for 10 mins. Drain. Add sop and cheese to pasta mix, stirring well. Cook over low heat 2 mins. Sprinkle with pepper.

Serving size 1 1/3 cup
