Country Catfish (Cooking Light Cookbook)

INGREDIENTS butter flavored cooking spray | |
2/3 c | corn flake crumbs |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
4 (4 oz) | catfish fillets |
2 | egg whites |
DIRECTIONS
Line a shallow pan with aluminum foil. Coat with cooking spray.
Combine crumbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; stir well. Dip fish in egg whites; dredge in crumb mix. Place fish in pan. Bake @ 450 for 8-10 mins.
