| 75 g | beurre |
| 100 g | sucre en poudre |
| 50 g | farine |
| 3 | oeufs |
| 100 g | cerneaux de noix |
Préparation
pour Gâteau au chocolat et aux noix
1Préchauffez le four Th.7 (210° C). 2Concassez les cerneaux de noix. 3Faites fondre le chocolat et le beurre dans une casserole. Puis ajoutez le sucre, la farine, les œufs, les cerneaux concassés et mélangez bien. 4Huilez et farinez un plat à tarte puis versez-y la pâte. 5Laissez cuire 10-15 min au four. 6Vérifiez la cuisson avec la pointe d’un couteau.
