1 c. | Apple juice |
Preheat oven to 350. Fry chicken in oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove chicken to large casserole dish.
Cut up vegetables and sauté until tender. Purée vegetables and pour back in pan. Add bay leaf, bouillon and apple juice. Simmer 10-15 min.
Pour over chicken, and bake for 20 min.
