Chicken Mozambique

Ingredients: 2 lbs.- Chicken | |
1/2 tsp. | Salt |
1/2 tsp. | Black pepper |
1lb.- Butter 1 tblsp.- olive oil 1- Lemon 4 packs- Goya seasoning with Azafran 2tbsp.- Paprika 1/4 cup- Fresh Parsley 1 can- Beer with lime 2 tbsp.- Minced Garlic | |
1- Medium | Onion |
Hot sauce to taste | |
Crushed Red Pepper to taste, (Optional) |
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl add garlic, Sazon, salt, pepper and crushed red peppers if you choose to use them. Mix gently.
Put thin spaghetti to boil.
Add 1.5 tblsp. Butter and Oliver oil to pan with onion and cook until soft, 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Add contents of mixing bowl, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add beer, bring to a boil and reduce for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add Chicken, Parsley, and the rest of the butter. Cook over medium heat until Chicken is done. Add spaghetti and mix together.
Serve quickly.
