| 185 gr | farine |
| 1 paquet | levure chimique |
| 100 gr | noix de coco |
| 100 gr | sucre en poudre |
| 125 gr | beurre |
| 2 | oeufs entiers |
| 25 cl | lait |
Préchauffer le four à 180°.
Dans un saladier, battre les oeufs. Ajouter les autres ingrédients. Verser dans un moule à manqué beurré et mettre au four pendant 35 mn.
