8—lbs Frozen Hash browns potatoes or 10 lbs whole-peel-dice
2—cans chicken broth (50 oz)
½--lb smoked bacon crumbs—per batch
(Beat together then add to above)
1—can cream chicken soup (50 oz)
3-4 lbs—cream cheese (cut into cubes)
(Dice and boil in 1 of the cans of chicken broth-then add to above)
1—can of chicken broth (50 oz)
2—lbs Onions (4 large onions)
½--Bunch Celery
Boil gently until right mixture-keep from sticking-stir every 15 minutes
Thicken if necessary with corn starch-or 3-4 cups instant potatoes
