Beef Balsamic and Tomato Casserole | |
1 Small | onion |
1 clove | garlic |
30 g | olive oil |
600 g | Beef strips |
1 medium | carrots peeled and chopped |
1 teaspoon | fresh thyme |
40 g | balsamic vinegar |
400 g tin | diced tomatoes |
1 tablespoon | vegetable stock concentrate |
200 g | water |
50 g | plain flour |
salt | |
pepper to taste | |
100 g | small pasta shells |
Place onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add oil and cook for 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add beef and cook for 5 minutes, varoma temperature, reverse, speed soft
Add carrot, thyme, balsamic vinegar, tinned tomatoes, stock concentrate, water, flour and seasoning.
Cook for 40 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse, speed soft adding pasta in last 12 minutes
