Beef Balsamic and Tomato Casserole
    1 Small  onion
    1 clove  garlic
    30 g  olive oil
    600 g  Beef strips
    1 medium  carrots peeled and chopped
    1 teaspoon  fresh thyme
    40 g  balsamic vinegar
    400 g tin  diced tomatoes
    1 tablespoon  vegetable stock concentrate
    200 g  water
    50 g  plain flour
      salt
      pepper to taste
    100 g  small pasta shells

Place onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add oil and cook for 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add beef and cook for 5 minutes, varoma temperature, reverse, speed soft
Add carrot, thyme, balsamic vinegar, tinned tomatoes, stock concentrate, water, flour and seasoning.
Cook for 40 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse, speed soft adding pasta in last 12 minutes
