Salads Chipotle Cilantro Slaw

| 1/4 cup | mayonnaise 1 T sugar 2 T sour cream 1 tsp lime zest |
| 2 T | fresh lime juice 2 tsp red wine vinegar 1, 2 tsp each S&P |
| 1 16 oz package | coleslaw mix 1 carrot, shredded |
| 2 canned chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce, finely | |
| 1/2 cup | minced fresh cilantro |
Whisk first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add coleslaw mix and remaining ingredients and stir until well coated. Serve or chill up to 1 hour.
