S'mores sandwich bar cookies

| 1 stick | butter, melted |
| 3/4 cup | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 1/3 cups | All purpose flour |
| 3/4 cup | graham cracker crumbs |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 5 Hershey's milk chocolate bars | |
| 3 cups miniature | marshmallows |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease an 8 inch square baking pan .
Beat melted butter and sugar together until well blended. Ad the egg and vanilla extract; mix well. In another bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs,baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing
Until blended. Press half of the prepared dough into the prepared pan and bake 15 minutes.
Arrange chocolate bars over baked layer and sprinkle with miniature marshmallows. Top with the remaining dough and bake 10-15 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars. Makes 16 servings
