LEMON GARLIC DRESSING

| 1/2 c | olive oil |
| 1/2 c | lemon juice |
| 1 T | lemon rind |
| 1/4 t | salt |
| 1/4 t | ground nutmeg |
2 garlic cloves crushed
Blend oil & lemon juice. Add lemon rind, salt, nutmeg & garlic. Combine. Refrigerate 2 hrs to allow flavor to develop before using.
