Barbecued Chicken

2 whole frying chickens or Breast or thighs | |
1/4 cup | vegetable oil |
1/3 cup | soy sauce |
3 Tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup | red wint vinegar |
juice of 1 | lemon |
1 tablespoon | dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | salt |
2 tablespoons | minced fresh parsley |
1 clove | garlic, crushed |
In a plastic zip- lock bag, combine all ingredients and marinate for 6-12 hours.
Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Gill over medium hot coals 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
