"Bites" for the Lunch Bites Offering

    1/3 cup  cucumber sticks
    1/3 cup  Mandarin orange segments
    1/3 cup  red pepper sticks
    1/4 cup  edamame
    1/2 cup  fresh fruit cup
    1/4 cup  granola
    1/3 cup  apple slices
    1/4 cup  dried fruit

Preparation:
For the Lunch Bites offering, 2 items are selected from the 'vegetables' category and 2 items are selected from the 'sweet' category.

Mandarin Oranges require no prep -
Cucucmber is peeled and cut along the length of the cucumber. The sticks should be ~ 2 inches long. Served raw.
Red pepper is cut along the vertical and sliced into thin stips ~2 inches long. Served raw.
Edamame is cooked and requires no prep after cooking

Fresh fruit cup Must consist ov mellons and pineapples. Berries and grapes are chocking hazards.
Granola is caterers choice but must be nut free.
Apples need to be washed and cut on the horozontial into thin strips the size of the apple. Preference is ORGANIC apples if in season and price competitive
Dried fruit can be caterers choice and mixed if desired. No Oats or nuts just dried fruit please( raisins, crazens,currents, golden raisins)
