| Bake 350˚ for 30 Minutes Filling: | |
| 3 Cups | Ricotta |
| ½ Cup | Ramona Grated |
| 2 Tablespoons | Parsley |
| 2 | Beaten Eggs |
| 2 Teaspoons | Salt |
| ½ Teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 Pound | Mozzarella Cheese Sliced Thin |
| Sauce: | |
| 1 Pound | Italian Sausage |
| 1 Clove | Garlic |
| 1 Tablespoon | Whole Basil |
| ½ Teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 One Pound Can | Tomatoes |
| 2 6 Ounce Cans | Tomato Paste |
Cut up sausage and brown with garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for ½ hour.
Cook one package noodles according to directions. Layer noodles, filling, cheese, sauce until gone.
