2 lb. | lean ground beef |
1 | onion, (chopped) |
4 cans | dark red kidney beans |
1 ?Lg. can | chopped tomatoes |
1 small can | tomato sauce |
Chili powder, (to taste) | |
Cumin, (to taste) |
salt and pepper (to taste)
Brown beef and onion in lg skillet. Pour off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients and a small can of water. Let simmer anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours to get to right consistency. Better the next day.
