Chocolate Crack

1 box | graham crackers |
2 sticks | butter |
1 c | brown sugar, packed |
2 cups | semi sweet choc chips, (12 oz pkg) |
Line 10 x 15 cookie sheet with heavy duty foil. Use a jellyroll pan if you have it. Spray foil with Pam. Line pan completely with single layer of graham crackers..cover whole bottom.
Combine butter with brown sugar in saucepan. Bring to full boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Boil for exactly 5 minutes. You can adjust heat if sputtering too much or if it loses its boil. Pour mixture over graham crackers as evenly as you can.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips over top. Give them a minute or two to melt then spread them out as evenly as you can with a heat resistant spatula. Put pan in refrigerator to chill.
Peel cookies from foil and break into random sized pieces.
