Yield: servings Electric pan as full as possible.
    3 large  onions
    8 stalks  celery
1/4 or 3/4 p cup thyme 1/4 or 28 0z cup oregano
    1/2 cup  basil, packed
    1/2 cup  parsley
    4-5 cloves med  size garlic
Cook onions and celery. Cook tomatoes in electric pan so skins are loosened. Stir. Lift tomatoes from juice. All juice from tomatoes thru de-seeding machine. Boil down the juice until about 1/4 in. remaining. Put tomatoes through deseeding machine. Take 1 cup of the pulp and put in cuisinart with half the onions celery and herbs. Whirl with small cutter blade. Add to processed tomatoes. Do this again to complete. Add all together into the 1/4 in reduced juice in pan, and cook with lid on 5-10 min. Taste. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook 5-10 min with lid on. Cool. Put 2 cups in med. bag for M and J and
    3 cups  for Doug. If roma tomatoes, increase all the herbs

celery and onions somewhat.
