TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 10 3/4 oz can | condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup | milk |
2 | hard cooked eggs, sliced |
1 cup | cooled peas |
1 can | drained and flaked tuna, (about 6 -7 oz) |
1/2 cup | slightly crumbled potato chips or corn flakes |
In a 1 quart casserole, blend soup and milk.
Stir in tuna, eggs and peas.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir,
then top with chips or cornflakes and bake 5 minutes more
Makes about 4 cups.
