Donna Zeilmann’s Cocktail Meatballs | |
1 lb | ground beef |
½ cup | dried bread crumbs |
1/3 cup | minced onion |
¼ cup | milk |
1 | egg |
1 tbsp | snipped parsley |
1 tsp | slat |
1/8 tsp | pepper |
½ tsp | Worchester sauce |
¼ cup | shortening |
1 bottle (12oz) | Chili sauce |
1 jar (10 oz) | grape jelly |
Mix first 9 ingredients together; gently shape into 1” balls – Brown in shortening.
Heat chili sauce & jelly in skillet, stirring constantly, until jelly is melted. Add browned meatballs and stir till coated. Simmer 30 minutes
