Préparation
pour Purée de potiron miel-cannelle
Epluchez et coupez le potiron en gros cubes. Plongez-les dans un grand volume d'eau avec le bouillon et laissez cuire environ 20 min.
Réduisez le tout en purée, ajoutez le miel et la cannelle, mélangez.
