Ginger Spice Cookies

1-1/2 Cups Butter Softened
2 Cups Sugar White
1/2 Cup Molasses
4 Cups Flour
4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. each Cinnamon, cloves and ginger
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Ginger Chrystallized
2 Large Eggs
Method
Cream together butter, sugar molasses and eggs until light and fluffy.
Sift all dry ingredients together with chrystallized ginger. Add to creamed
butter mixture and mix until ingredients form a soft dough. Roll into balls
and roll in sugar and press with fork.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes
