Cabbage and Butter beans*

Tablespoon | butter |
1 stick | celery finely sliced |
2 inches of leek finely sliced | |
1-2 teaspoons | minced garlic |
Couple of large handfuls of sliced green cabbage | |
1 tin | butter beans drained and rinsed |
Melt butter and fry garlic, celery and leek until soft. Add cabbage and stir fry until as soft as you like it. Add butter beans and mix in until hot.
Serve as a side to meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan for those not eating failsafe*
