Vanilla pound cake

1 tsp | baking powder |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | McCormick nutmeg, ground |
1 cup (2 sticks) | butter, softened |
1 1/4 cups | sugar |
4 | eggs |
5 tsp | McCormick pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1- preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl. Set aside
2- beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Gradually beat in
1/2 of flour mixture. Mix in vanilla and remaining flour, pour batter into greased floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
3- bake 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, cool on wire rack
