1cup | chopped pecans, toasted |
1cup | orange marmalade |
1/2 cup | reduced sodium soy sauce |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
4salmon flirts (6 oz each 1" thick)
Combine first five ingredients. Pour 1 cup marinade in resealable bag.
Add the salmon, seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for up to 30 minutes.
Set aside remaining marinade.
Drain and discard marinade from salmon.
Place salmon in greased 11x7 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
In a saucepan bring reserved marinade to a boil and cook until liquid is reduced to 3/4 cup. Serve on salmon.
