| 1 box instant chocolate pudding, 1 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 1 cup fat free half and half, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 3.5 oz. dark semi sweet chocolate, 1/4 Mexican chili powder, 1/4 cayenne pepper, ,1 tbsp fiber powder. |
