6 cups of Brussels sprouts, 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped, 1/3 cup of parsley chopped, 2 oz. pecorino Romano cheese shaved, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt , freshly cracked pepper |
Slice Brussels sprouts in a food processor. Put in bowl and toss with pistachios and the rest of ingredients
