Caramel slice

Base | |
1/4 lb | butter, 1 cup Self Raising flour, 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup brown sugar |
Filling | |
1 can | condensed milk |
1 tblsp | butter |
2 tblsp | golden syrup |
Topping | |
4 oz | milk chocolate, 1 oz copha |
Base: melt butter, add dry ingredients. Press into greased tray. Cook 20-30 minutes in moderate oven
Filling: warm all ingredients until butter melts. Pour over base and bake 15-20 minutes
Topping: melt together. Pour over filling. Set in refrigerator.
