Sweet & Sour Chicken

| 2 - 2 1/2 lbs | chicken pieces |
| 1 package | Lipton onion soup mix |
| 1 (8 oz) bottle | wishbone Russian dressing |
| 1 (10 oz) jar | apricot preserves |
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Wash chicken and pat dry. Remove skin. Place chicken pieces in 13x9 I greased pan. Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Baste periodically. Turn chicken halfway through.
Serves 6.
