Picante Chicken (Riverside Cookbook)

1 lb | skinless boneless chicken breast halves |
16 oz | picante sauce |
3 Tbsp | brown sugar |
1 Tbsp | mustard |
Combine brown sugar, picante sauce and mustard. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice, if desired.
