    2  Chicken breasts, sliced
300gms Pumpkin
    2C  Mushrooms
    1 med  Onion
    1  Asparagus bunch
    1/2 C  White wine
    5-6C  chicken stock
    2C  risotto rice

1. Cook chicken & mushroom in a pan till browned. Remove from pan
2. Cook onions on medium heat 4 2 mins. Add rice cook 4 2 mins,stir continuously. Add wine, stir till absorbed.
3. Add 1cup of stock at a time, stirring until absorbed b4 each new addition, about every 5 mins. Continue until rice is tender, about 25-30 min. In last 5 mins stir in chicken, mushrooms & asparagus in last 5 min
4. Stir in parmesan, parsley & cream(optional)
