Zubereitung:
Mit Fett und Mehl eine Mehlschwitze herstellen. Das Wasser dazugießen und mit einem Schneebesen verrühren, bis die Soße glatt ist.
Die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und köcheln lassen. Dazu passen gekochte Eier und Salzkartoffeln.
