Spaghetti sauce INGREDIENTS
    4 links  hot Italian sausage
1/2 chopped onion at end.
    1 -14 oz. can  diced tomatoes
    1 -14 oz. can  crushed tomatoes
    1 - 28 oz can  tomato sauce
    3/4 to 1 teaspoon  salt
    3/4 to 1  oregano
    1/2 teaspoon  garlic

Should feed about 5 - 6 people
DIRECTIONS
Cook about 4 links of hot Italian sausage cut into fourths in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Cook 1/2 chopped onion at end. Add other stuff. The ratio is 1 -14 oz. can of diced tomatoes and 1 -14 oz. can of crushed tomatoes to 1 - 28 oz can of tomato sauce. For this I add about 3/4 to 1 teaspoon of salt and oregano and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic and cook for at least an hour.
