Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients | |
5 tablespoons | butter |
4 tablespoons | flour |
2 1/2 cups | milk |
16 ounces | Velveeta cheese |
16 ounces | elbow macaroni |
2 Cups | Shredded Cheddar |
salt | |
pepper |
Directions:
Melt butter is a sauce pan over medium heat.
Add flour and stir creating a roux.
Whisk in milk slowly.
Whisk sauce untill thick and smooth.
Add velveeta in small chunks.
Once most of the velveeta is melted add the Cheddar.
Mix untill all the cheese is melted.
Add the shredded cheddar.
Boil macaroni in slightly salted water.
Add cheese sauce to cooked macaroni.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minute.
